At Norton we are always working to expand the insurance options we offer, based on our customers’ needs. If you have an insurance need that isn’t covered above or you can’t find on our website, please do still give us a call. With over 55 years’ experience and great insurer partnerships, there’s a very good chance we’ll be able to find what you need.
Our personal client manager service is about giving you a dedicated contact who can take care of your insurance needs. All your insurance will be handled by them personally, and you’ll have their direct contact details so you can talk to the same person every time.*
Your personal client manager is a trained and experienced insurance professional, who can help you find the cover you require not just for the everyday things – home, cars, trips – but more niche things as well. If you collect valuables, are a frequent flier, or have a business venture that needs protection, speak with your personal client manager for support.
*this may change when they’re on holiday, of course! We do our best to ensure holiday cover is smooth and straightforward so you’re still taken care of properly.
When you take out any policy with us, you should be contacted directly by your personal client manager (or PCM for short). Their direct phone number and email address will be on all correspondence from us, so it should be easy to get in touch with them directly.
If you have cover with us and need to make a claim, you have two immediate options. You can contact your insurer directly using the claims information on your paperwork, or you can contact your personal client manager to start the claim for you.
We tend to recommend contacting the insurer directly, if only because the claims line tends to be 24/7. However, your PCM will be more than happy to help.
