HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If you need to make a claim on your insurance with Norton, you have a few options:
- Contact your insurer directly using the information on your policy document
- Contact us and we’ll start the claims process for you
- If you have motor legal protection with ALPS, you can call their 24-hour claims line on 0121 248 9447
RENEWING MY INSURANCE
If you’re due to renew your cover with us, you should receive a renewal invitation with all the details of the cover you’ve requested with your Personal Client Manager. We typically send this 21 days before your insurance is due. You can renew online following the link in the email we’ve sent you.
To speak with us about your renewal, call your Personal Client Manager or send us a message below and we’ll contact you.
ADD VEHICLES TO YOUR POLICY
You can add vehicles to your existing specialist car insurance policy by sending us the vehicle information easily here. Your dedicated Personal Client Manager can also do this for you if you give them a call.
