Norton Insurance Brokers is pleased to have been shortlisted in two award categories in the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Awards 2025.
The awards celebrate the very best in Greater Birmingham business and recognises the achievements of those who have demonstrated excellence in their fields. These awards are highly regarded within the region, highlighting companies that are making significant contributions to their industries and communities.

Being shortlisted in these categories reflects our unwavering commitment to both our customers and our people.
Our customer service initiatives include providing clients with a dedicated Personal Client Manager, and creating a customer portal for clients to access documents and request changes to their policy outside of working hours; our people development efforts include delivering bespoke training programs and supporting professional development qualifications to help advisors give better customer support.
