Please note that any changes that you request within our portal are only issued once you receive confirmation from us.

How do I log in to the Norton Insurance Brokers Customer Portal?

 

Creating an account and logging in couldn’t be easier.

The only details you need to create an account or log in are your email address, phone number and your policy number.

Your policy number will be on the documents that we sent you, or you can give our friendly team a call to provide it for you.

Having trouble logging in?

If you’ve created your account but you have not received your verification email, it may have ended up in your junk mail. We recommend looking here if you have this issue.

If not this, the other reason you may be having trouble signing in is due to sensitive characters when entering your emails. We recommend double checking all characters are typed as shown in the welcome email we send you.

If there are spaces, they need to be added. If there are numbers such as ‘1’ or ‘0’, it well be that these are letters instead such as ‘I’ or ‘O’.

For example, if the phone number on our system is “0121 248 9440” but you have entered it as “01212489440”, this could be why you’re having issues logging in.
