We’re excited to launch the Norton Insurance Brokers Survey 2026 — and we want to hear from you.
Whether you’re a current customer or not, we’re inviting people across the UK to share their honest thoughts on insurance. From home and car cover to travel insurance and the cost of everyday life, your input will help us better understand what really matters to people — and use those insights to improve the products, advice, and service we provide.
What’s in it for you?
As a thank you for your time, every completed survey will be entered into a prize draw. Two lucky winners will be selected at random to receive £100 cash each. That’s two chances to win.
We’ll also share a summary of the survey results with participants, so you can see what people across the UK really think about insurance in 2026.
What’s the survey about?
We’ll ask you a few straightforward questions across a range of topics, including:
- Your home and property insurance
- Car ownership, multi-car policies and vehicle security
- Travel insurance and medical conditions
- Contents and valuables cover
- What good insurance service looks like to you
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
When does the survey close?
The survey will be open until Sunday, 10th May 2026. Once all responses have been collated, two winners will be randomly selected and contacted directly.

Terms & Conditions
This survey and prize draw is open to the public and will run from launch until 23:59 on Sunday, 10th May 2026. The survey may close early or be extended beyond the expected closing date subject to the number of responses received.
The survey is free to enter. No purchase is necessary. Upon completing the survey, and once the survey closes, two respondents will be selected at random and will each be eligible for a £100 cash prize.
Winners will be contacted via email or phone. The prize will be sent by bank transfer. If a winner is unable to receive the prize this way, the only alternative will be cash sent to their home address. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. If we do not receive a response from a winner within 7 days of being contacted, the prize will be rescinded and a new winner selected at random.
Survey submissions received after the closing date will not be entered into the prize draw.
The promoter is Norton Insurance Brokers Limited. The promoter’s announcement of winners is final. Norton Insurance Brokers accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or any other reason.
