How to make a claim
If you need to make a claim on any of your Norton Insurance policies, you’re in safe hands. Norton Insurance has partnered with iRevolution Claims as our dedicated claims handlers, meaning expert support is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.
To make a claim, please call our iRevolution Claims Support Helpline directly on 0330 551 1386. This number connects you straight through to the iRevolution Claims team, who will manage your claim from start to finish, from investigating and confirming liability, to arranging a replacement vehicle, coordinating repairs, and handling all third-party insurer communications on your behalf.
Please save this number so you have it to hand when you need it most.

Once you have called the iRevolution Claims Support Helpline on 0330 551 1386, their team will take care of everything on your behalf. This includes investigating your claim, confirming liability, arranging a replacement vehicle where applicable, coordinating repairs with trusted specialists, and managing all communications with third-party insurers. Where legal support is required, they will connect you with the right help. You will be kept informed every step of the way.
Most people know that failing to stop after an accident is an offence. The rules are less clear about reporting accidents to the police.
In the main, you should always report an accident to the police if:
- Someone is injured in the incident (you should call 999 in this instance)
- An animal is injured
- Someone else’s property is damaged
- A bollard, streetlamp, or other item of street furniture or the road surface is damaged
