Outside work, I enjoy keeping active and spending time with family and friends.

Over 25 years in commercial insurance, leading our Commercial and Trade divisions with a focus on performance, relationships and practical advice. I work closely with business owners to structure insurance programmes that protect what they’ve built, while supporting my team to deliver consistently high standards. Football supporter, often on the terraces at Halesowen Town or travelling to watch my son play.

Heritage has a strong reputation built on relationships, and I'm committed to keeping that at the heart of everything we do. Outside work, my two young daughters keep me on my toes at weekends, and when I get the chance, you'll find me at the gym or out walking the dog.
