I joined Norton in 2017 to take care of and grow its in-house underwriting capacity; I develop our product offering in line with customer needs and market opportunities. As well as developing and managing products, I’m responsible for underwriting, risk acceptance and compliance, and manage a team that helps support the business in these areas.
In my own time I’m an enthusiastic badminton player and run a badminton club that meets weekly.
